Plot Summary: Lionsgate's "Texas Chainsaw 3D" continues the legendary story from the homicidal Sawyer family, getting your hands on where Tobe Hooper’s 1974 horror classic left off in Newt, Texas, where for many years people went missing and not using a trace. The townspeople long suspected the Sawyer family, those who own an area barbeque pit, were somehow responsible. Their suspicions were finally confirmed one hot summer day if a young lady escaped the Sawyer house following brutal murders of her four friends. Word throughout the settlement quickly spread, plus a vigilante mob of enraged locals surrounded the Sawyer stronghold, burning it down and killing every last relative – approximately they thought.

Decades later and numerous miles from the original massacre, a new woman named Heather learns that she's inherited a Texas estate coming from a grandmother she couldn't know she had. After starting your excursion with friends to discover her roots, she finds the girl with really the only who owns a lavish, isolated Victorian mansion. But her newfound wealth comes in a price as she stumbles upon a horror that awaits her from the mansion’s dank cellars…
